The speciality of Tomas Danielis is “Mobility & recovery class” specifically designed for sportsmen. The goal of this class is to improve alignment, mobility and strengthen core muscles.  This is a fun class containing focus exclusively on how is possible effectively move. Contained out of set and improvisation exercises it is a place for explorations, reviewing alignment and moving patterns.
Class includes necessary movement analyses, but it is first and a foremost class of moving and physical fun.
